Pricing is quoted per account, so send a SKU and quantity list and we will return unit pricing within one business day.

Weights, carton dimensions, UPCs, and pallet data are on the spec sheet in every quote.
Minimum order quantity
- 100 units per SKU for standard wholesale orders.
- 50 units per SKU for styles we hold in stock at the time of your order.
- First orders may mix SKUs to reach the 100-unit total, which suits a district buying one kit per teacher.
- Private label: 500 units per SKU. Below that, we can still brand the gift box for approved accounts.
Indicative wholesale discounts
Discounts below are indicative ranges off the suggested retail price. They are confirmed on your quote and depend on volume, shipping terms, and program length. We do not publish a public wholesale price list, because channel pricing differs by account.

Lead times and order terms
- Stock styles: production typically 15–25 days after PO and artwork approval.
- Bulk and private label: 25–35 days, plus transit. Ocean freight to a U.S. port typically runs 30–40 days door to door; air is faster and quoted per shipment.
- Payment: proforma invoice with the PO; wire or ACH. Net 30 available to approved accounts after a first paid order.
- Terms: Quoted as FOB or delivered, whichever you need. We confirm the Incoterm, port or delivery address, and any duties handling in writing before production.
- Drop-ship and split shipments: available for approved accounts; freight is quoted per destination.
Private label and OEM
We build CurioDen kits and we also build them for other brands. What is possible:
- Logo and packaging: your mark on the unit, the color box, and the instruction insert, from 500 units per SKU.
- Custom colors and insert cards: Pantone matching on request; insert cards can carry your curriculum text, QR code, or SKU.
- Bilingual packaging: English and French labels for the Canadian market, prepared to Canadian toy labeling requirements.
- New tooling: a new plastic part or a bespoke nest shape carries a one-time tooling fee and a 25–35 day tooling window, quoted per project.
- Barcodes and data: UPC assignment, case-pack data, and product dimensions supplied for your catalog or EDI setup.
Sample policy
Approved accounts can order one or two samples at retail price plus shipping before committing to a bulk order. The sample cost is credited against your first order at or above the minimum order quantity. Samples of in-stock styles usually leave within 3–7 business days.
Documentation pack
- Compliance documentation available on request, including CPC and ASTM F963 test reports.
- Prop 65 materials determination for California channels.
- Tracking label and country-of-origin marking on product and packaging.
- Product liability certificate with additional-insured terms for approved accounts.
- Spec sheet: dimensions, weights, carton cube, units per pallet, UPCs.
How the quote process works
- Send your list. Email SKUs, quantities, grade levels if relevant, ship-to ZIP or province, and your required delivery window. A PO number helps but is not required for a quote.
- Get an itemized quote in one business day. Unit price, extended price, freight options, lead time, and the documentation pack. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Approve a sample or issue the PO. We confirm artwork and Incoterm in writing before production starts.
- Production and dispatch. Tracking and a shipping confirmation go to the contact on the account; documents follow dispatch.
Request a wholesale quote
Email with your SKU and quantity list. For accounts that are already quoting, the WhatsApp business line is included in your quote confirmation for faster revisions.
